Project Dreed
Dreed is a horror game that leverages environmental storytelling to create a sense of dread and paranoia without relying on jump scares. Players take on the role of Phil, who is desperately searching for his daughter, who has gone missing. As he progresses, he finds himself in a mysterious and horrific world. The game uses programmed assets to create realistic and logical horror effects such as camera shake effects, scare sound effects, elevated breathing effects, and interactive objects. Players must inspect and examine their surroundings to discover the truth and rescue Phil's daughter, no matter the cost.
Intuitive Environmental Storytelling
In Dreed, players experience horror through immersive environments and logical horror effects. Create tension and explore your surroundings to uncover a mystery and save Phil's daughter.
Intriguing Puzzles
Progress through Dreed as you solve intriguing puzzles and uncover secrets within a mysterious and horrific world. Create tension and explore the truth and save Phil's daughter.
Tension Creating Elements
Rather than relying on jump scares for tension, Dreed builds up suspense and leaves it without a climax, creating an atmosphere of dread and paranoia that lingers for longer. Experience realistic horror effects, such as camera shakes, scare sound effects, and elevated breathing, to create an unsettling and fearful atmosphere.
